All About Layering 2.
Last night I did one card using Hibiscus Bouquet stamp set and earlier today I did a card using Garden Treasure stamp and die set. These along with my previous card are my entry’s for All about layering 2.

As I’ve said before, I love using my Misti when using layering stamps, it makes it so much easier to position the layering stamps up :)

So here are my cards and supplies for each card underneath.

Thanks for stopping by :)

Hibiscus Bouquet

For this card I used Silver stone ink for the leaves and Pinkalicious and Rubellite for the flowers.
on some places on the flowers I put a line of Gelly Roll glimmer pen.

Supplies:

Garden Treasure

For this card I used couple of inks...
Soft Lilac-Lavender fields-Deep Iris
Citrus Burst-Fresh Lemon-Orange Cream
Forest Glades-Evergreen
Sea Glass-Ocean Waves-Dusk
and of course Garden Treasure stamp and die set

AECP All about layering 2

After finishing All about layering 1 for my AECP journey, it was time to start All about layering 2,  with Nicole Picadura.      That class is also free like All about layering 1.
In lesson 7, Nicole used the Garden Hydrangea stampset, and I decided to try that one, since I’ve messed up the 3 times I have tried using that stamp before.
Using Nicole’s advice I think I got it ok... it’s not that offset like it used to be :)

I only used the outline of the stamp and two layers instead of all three. The ink I used are Frosty Pink and Ruby Red for the flowers and Forest Glades and Evergreen for leaves.  For the gray color I used Altenew marker in Limestone.

I just finished going through my first class at Altenew Academy for my AECP. I’m talking about All About Layering taught by Nicole Picadura. This is a fantastic class, and super if you are starting and/or not sure how to properly use layering stamps. And the best part is that this class is absolutely free! How cool is that? You can find this class here: Altenew AAL class

For my part, I like to use the MISTI when I’m working with layering stamps, since I find it easier to re-stamp and easier to position the layering stamps on top of the previous/next one on the paper.

Creating this card I used  Delicate Primrose  stampset for my focal flower, Garden Treasure stampset, sadly I see it’s sold out, but please asked to be notified when it’s back in stock if you want this beautiful set. Then for sentiment, I used sentence from Dandelion Wishes witch I heat embossed with black ink and  Altenew Clear embossing powder on a strip of Altenew Vellum

For inks I used my mini ink cubes in Sea Breeze, Turguoise and Tide Blue from the Deep Blue Seas  mini ink cube set and Rose Quarts, Puffy Hart and Purple Wine from the Rose Petal mini ink cube set.

For decoration I used some of the amazing enamel dots in pocketful of sunshine.

Here are some more pictures of the proses.  Thanks for stopping by :)

So, yesterday I got the good news that I got approved for Altenew Educator Certification Program, and I´m both excited and nervous at the same time :)
Part of the AECP is to set up a blog.... so, here we are :)   Welcome to my blog :)

I will post photos of my cards I do in the AECP classes on this blog. This is the card I sent in with my application to the program.
