OK, the show must go on :)
I just finished the class Let it Shine, toughed by Carissa Wiley.
I had the most fun times making the cards for this class, and while sitting in my craft space, brainstorming about the cards for this class, I started playing with my newest order from the lovely Altenew, mainly all the new washi tapes.
So, while playing with the new washi tapes, the cards almost made them their self LOL and before I knew, I hadn't made 3 cards but 4!
I will be breaking them up in 4 blog posts and here is number 4.

I started by covering my card front with the Misty Meadows Washi tape
But I decided to gold emboss a flower and some leaf on Vellum paper.
when using some embossing ink, it stamps clear on your cardstock/vellum and looks like this...
Then when you put the embossing powder on top it looks like this, before melting the powder with embossing heating tool.
Here are my finished embossing flowers...
I then went on to cut them out, using my beautiful Mini Blossom die cutting machine
from Altenew
The Mini Blossom die cutting machine is just brilliant. It´s small but mighty LOL, the cutting plate is just 3" wide, but for most of the Altenew dies it´s enough. And the Mini Blossom is small enough to just sit at my table side, ready to be used.
when I was putting my card together I put some 3D tape behind the middle of the flower to lift the flower up.
Absolutely fantastic!! Love your process photos, Drifa! Your embossing is absolutely gorgeous! I am so glad that you enter your beautiful work in Altenew AECP assignment Gallery. Awesome details and design! Super work!
